Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) for processing. Orders received after 5:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) will begin being processed the following business day.

Order Cut-off time is 5:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). If you order after 5 PM, your order will be counted the next day.

A shipping confirmation email, inclusive of tracking details, will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
We offer order tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order on our website. This allows you to know exactly where your order is and when it will be delivered.
Currently, we only ship to customers within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to include international customers in the future.

Electro Quadz does not work on public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
