Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

14-Day Return Policy

• You have 14 days to return the item in its original condition.
• The customer is responsible for return postage and handling.
• All returns will be inspected before any refund decision is made.

6-Month Warranty

• All items sold carry a 6-month return-to-base warranty.
• Damages or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
• If the product has been misused, not properly maintained, or damaged accidentally, Electro Quadz reserves the right to cancel the warranty. Accidental and water damage are not covered.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• If the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, we aim to repair it by sending replacement parts to the customer’s address.
• If the item develops faults within 28 days of receipt, we will cover the return shipping costs for repair or replacement.
• After 28 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back for repair or replacement.
• The customer is responsible for packaging the item securely for return.
• We aim to repair and return the item within 14 working days; if not, we will replace the item. If a replacement is not available, a similar product will be offered.

Faulty Item Troubleshooting

For faulty items, customers are advised to call our technicians directly for troubleshooting at 01274 966882.

Return Process

• Ensure the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap, or labels still attached, and in the same condition you received it so it can be resold as new.
• Return the product with proof of purchase via recorded delivery within 14 days from the date the item was dispatched.
• Include your name, address, phone number or email, and the reason for the return.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
